The Grade A Vanilla beans are considered the great choice. The beans are big enough and harvested when they’re just right, not too ripe or too green. It has the much vanilla content with a strong aroma

Grade B vanilla pods are the most popular choice amongst our products. Compared to A-grade vanilla pods they are a little smaller in size with a slightly less intense vanilla and moisture content. Visually they are lighter in color and less glossy than A-grade vanilla, but with strong aroma too. However, they are a good choice for a balance between budget and quality.

These are low quality vanilla beans and are often used in extracts or other processed products. They may be very dry, crumbly, but have a pretty strong aroma too. Because the quality is low, the price on the market is also relatively low.
